Fee Information:
     Hourly rate:  $75 per hour per person or $150/hour for caucus mediation	
		How payment is required:	
		  cash or check	
		  A Waiver of Fees Order stamped by the district court clerk on the day mediation takes 	
		 placespecifying that the waiver is for mediation fees, plus $10 co-payment per party 
       per hour, is provided for low-income parties in cases involving children's issues.
		Payment is expected:	
		  at time of mediation, however, payment plans are accepted.	
		Average number of hours or sessions usually needed:	
		  One  two-hour session	
		Average Cost of the Memorandum of Understanding:	
       $75 per party - one-time fee, no hourly cost
