Hello.  My name is Rose Anne Kelley and I’m the Jury Commissioner for the 21^st Judicial District (Mesa County).   I’m in my office Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. .  If you call and get my voice mail during these times it just means I’m checking in a jury, at lunch, or am away from my desk.  Please leave a message and I’ll call you back as soon as possible.
