The Court Assistance Office assists parties without attorneys (pro se) by reviewing paperwork in Dissolution of Marriage with Children (divorce) and Allocation of Parental Responsibilities (custody) cases only. We do not give legal advice. The staff will not complete the paperwork for you, but will go over the paperwork to ensure that it is in fact complete. Before coming to your appointment, please have your paperwork filled out as complete as possible. If the documents are complete, our staff can witness your signature(s) and assist you with filing/opening your case.
